About this extension

"Irodori Downloader for pixiv" (hereinafter "the Extension") is a Chrome extension for downloading works from pixiv.net.

Data Collection

The Extension does not transmit or collect any of your data to external servers. It does not perform any access analytics or usage statistics tracking.

Local Storage

The Extension stores the following data only within your browser:

Settings: theme, filename templates, save format, bulk download wait times, and other preferences
Downloaded work IDs: IDs of works and novels you have downloaded, recorded to prevent re-downloading
Partially downloaded IDs: IDs of multi-page works for which only some pages have been downloaded
Viewed work IDs: IDs of works and novels whose pages you have opened
Download timestamps: the date and time of your downloads (used for sorting the download list, etc.)
Work metadata cache: work information (title, author, type, thumbnail, etc.) temporarily stored within your browser (IndexedDB) to display the download list
Bulk download resume data: temporary data used to recover from interruptions such as extension updates or browser restarts during bulk downloads. Automatically deleted upon download completion
Session information: transient data used to coordinate download progress across multiple browser tabs. Volatile and automatically deleted upon download completion

This data is never provided or sold to third parties, and is used solely to provide the Extension's functionality.

Settings Synchronization

Your settings (theme, filename templates, save format, viewed-mark on/off, etc.) may be synchronized across your own devices through Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.sync feature via your signed-in Google account.
Your downloaded and viewed records are stored only within your device and are not synchronized automatically. To transfer them to another device, please use the export/import feature in the settings screen.
The synchronization takes place between your browser and Google's account sync service, and no third party, including the Extension's developer, can access this data.

External Communication

The Extension communicates only with the following sites in response to your actions:

www.pixiv.net: retrieval of work metadata (title, author, page count, etc.)
i.pximg.net: retrieval of image files, Ugoira content, and ZIP files

No communication is made with any other external service (analytics, advertising, statistics, etc.).
